1 July 2009, 13:40 - Attention for students of Physics Department who have given their name to Space Physics Laboratory for Final Year Project 2009/2010, you are required to attend a qualification session on Tuesday, 7th of July 2009, 1-2 pm. Tardiness will not be tolerated.
 
Space Physic Laboratory

 Space Physics Laboratory is situated at 3rd floor of block C Department of Physics, University of Malaya. It was established by Prof. Dr. Mohd Zambri Zainuddin on October 1998 with the help of a lab assistant and final year project student. For the observation session, they were using 3 donated manual telescope from Japan and 14” Celestron Telescopes with Losmandy Mounting. Until the year 2007, 113 students had completed their final year projects, 5 Master students and 1 PhD student had completed their studies. Currently there are 9 final year project students, 5 Master students and 3 PhD students are doing their research in astronomy.
